All online ticket purchases are completed securely through our authorised ticketing partner, Fatsoma.

2. Your booking and payment are processed securely by Fatsoma.
3. Fatsoma acts as our authorised ticketing platform for processing ticket sales and payments.
4. Your purchase may also be subject to Fatsoma’s own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We do not process or store your payment card information.

By purchasing tickets through Fatsoma, you acknowledge that your booking information may be shared with LC Everything Limited where reasonably necessary to administer your booking, communicate event updates or provide customer support.

6. Event Information

Freshers events are live entertainment experiences and, by their nature, may occasionally change.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to events where necessary.

This may include changes to:

• venues;
• event dates;
• opening times;
• event timings;
• performers;
• DJs;
• hosts;
• entertainment;
• promotional activities;
• supporting acts;
• event schedules;
• ticket allocations;
• event branding; and
• any other aspect of an event where reasonably necessary.

Where reasonably possible, we will seek to notify customers of significant changes.

Minor amendments to an event do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

7. Availability

All event listings and ticket availability displayed on SouthamptonFreshers.com are subject to change without notice.

Tickets may sell out at any time.

Displaying an event or ticket on our website does not guarantee availability.

8. Pricing

Ticket prices displayed on SouthamptonFreshers.com are provided for convenience and may occasionally change.

The final ticket price, including any booking fees or additional charges, will be displayed during the checkout process on Fatsoma before payment is completed.

We are not responsible for pricing changes made after information has been published on our website.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, tickets purchased for events advertised through SouthamptonFreshers.com are non-refundable once a booking has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests except where:

• an event is cancelled and not rescheduled;
• a refund is required under applicable consumer law; or
• we choose, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund or alternative solution.

Refund requests should be submitted through the original point of purchase (Fatsoma) or by contacting us using info@yourfreshersguide.com where appropriate.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the event organiser’s policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are able to attend an event before purchasing tickets.

The following circumstances do not normally entitle a customer to a refund, provided the event continues to take place:

• changes to venue;
• changes to event timings;
• changes to performers, DJs or entertainers;
• changes to supporting acts;
• changes to promotional activities;
• changes to event branding or artwork;
• changes to the running order of the event;
• personal circumstances;
• travel disruption;
• accommodation issues;
• adverse weather (unless the event is cancelled);
• failure to bring valid identification where required; or
• failure to comply with venue entry requirements.

Where an event is rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

Nothing within these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Age Restrictions and Entry Requirements

Many events advertised through SouthamptonFreshers.com are intended for adults and may operate under strict age restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, many Freshers events are strictly 18+.

Entry to an event may require:
